What is included in the service?
The service includes a food preference questionaire, menu planning, shopping, groceries and five entrees with some side dishes for about a two week period. All meals will be packaged, labelled and left in your freezer or refrigerator with detailed reheating instructions. Your kitchen will be left as we found it and your home will be filled with delicious aromas.

How often will I need the service?
The frequency of your service will depend upon your needs. We will cook enough meals for ten days based on two or more people, 20 days for a single person. You may require the service more frequently if you eat your meals on weekends or for lunch.

How are all the meals stored?
Your meals will be broken into three categories
1) FRESH: This meal is to be consumed the evening of the cook day. (fish, etc.)
2) REFRIGERATED: These meals are to be eaten within 2-3 days of preparation.
3) FREEZER: These meals are to be consumed within 2-4 weeks of preparation.

How much does it cost?
The price of the meals will vary depending on several factors, such as the number of meals you want, special diet considerations, and your meal preferences. There is a container fee which will correspond to the type of heating equipment you will use (ie. oven, microwave, stovetop). The price is comparable to restaurant dining, making the service a very affordable alternative.
